I bought this trimmer Troy Built TB20CS after my brand Toro finally abandoned. I am very happy with this new trimmer satisfied. Jumped right out of the box for the second draw and the first train after it was hot. Very easy to use (for me) for a long work trim. I no longer have the problem, my arm touches a hot surface, since this device is designed to remain in hot areas of contact. I am very happy with this trimmer, and the price I paid with free shipping from Amazon.

Was looking for an entry on the trimmer.
I never acquired.
Failed to use after the 1st, and no help offered by the manufacturer.
My story ...
The feeder line has been designed very badly, and after many attempts to feed properly, I gave up and used the system of fixed network.
So far, so good ...
I have to cut the unit on a small area - seemed to work well.
Two weeks later, I got the drive again - this time from the pullBroken in my hands to make the device no longer works.
A call to Amazon guide - which is the number of the manufacturer's service center offers ..
I was told that he would need 20 minutes by car, and the unit to pay for the inspection.
I explained that I prefer to send, why not have the time, is tantamount to a heading of 100 dollars that was used only once, not spend, and just bought 14 days ago.
The service said one person - just as you like Sir - then hung up.
Iwill also continue to purchase my items from Amazon, because their customer service was very good - but as Troy built my thoughts always.

Do not take the water to break or run out of gas with this thing!
It does not start up until it is completely cooled to the point where you can go back through the procedures developed.
They are tired pull the cord before doing the work, so you buy a case of beer and make it a full day of work!
